Exxxotica Is Fighting to Have Their Show in Dallas

The City of Dallas Says No to Porn Fans!

AVN is reporting that the organizers of the Exxxotica porn exhibition shows are engaged in a pretty serious legal battle to be able to hold a show in Dallas.

The Dallas city council has passed a resolution preventing the show from being held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center there, which has lead to the organizers of the popular adult event going to court. The lawyers for the show are in the process of proving that the center and the city government is unable to keep adult-themed events from being hosted there. The only other type of event that the city and the center have ever barred from using the facility previously has been a marijuana enthusiast event.

Sigh.

The city of Dallas has spent hundreds of thousands of tax dollars fighting to have Exxxotica stay out of the facility and that is just fucking bullshit. If you live in Dallas, tell your local government to cut that shit out.

The show is scheduled to take place next year in Denver in late March, in Chicago in July and in Edison, New Jersey in November.
