So Amber Heard Is Being Sued Over Nudity

We'd All Hate to Miss Another Amber Heard Topless Scene

There is no question that Amber Heard is really damn hot, and anytime we as the general public get to see her topless in a film, it makes for one hell of a movie-going experience. I think it’s safe to say that going to see a movie simply because Amber Heard might get nude is a great reason to see a movie. But I have to say, this Amber Heard news is a bit of a head scratcher.  

Amber Heard recently starred in the film London Fields, but apparently the production didn’t go that smoothly and now the production company behind the film is suing her $10 million bucks. Christopher Hanley, head of production at Nicola Six Production, filed the lawsuit, claiming Heard didn’t comply with her contractual obligations by conspiring with other actors to change the scripts and not allow nudity to be used in the film. Yeah, I know, it’s kind of crazy. Here are some of the highlights from the 24-page complaint:  

“Heard had previously also, in concert with other actors in the Picture, engaged in the following improper conduct: failing to render acting services in conformance with the shooting script; conspiring with Cullen to make unauthorized, material changes to the shooting script; aiding Cullen and conspiring with him to violate his contractual agreements with Plaintiff; and failing to render ADR services in accordance with her contractual obligations and conspiring with others to do the same. Additionally, Heard participated in a concerted campaign of disinformation against Plaintiff and the Picture, which has significantly damaged both. As a result of Heard's tortious misconduct and breaches, the Picture remains in limbo - its sale, distribution, and release have been thwarted, and the investments of Plaintiff and the Picture's other investors have been severely, if not irreparably, harmed."  

"In an effort to intimidate Nicola Six, Heard falsely claimed to Nicola Six that she had not contractually agreed to allow the use of nudity in the Picture. Heard also falsely claimed that she had not granted Nicola Six the right to the results and proceeds of her acting services in the Picture. As a result of Heard's refusal to comply with her contractual obligations - including her improper refusal to act in provocative scenes contained in the pre-approved script - key scenes in the script had to be removed and/or rewritten to accommodate Heard's behavior."  

All of this pretty damn strange, if you ask me; I don’t really know what to make of all of it. The film sounds pretty interesting, but one has to wonder what is going on with Amber Heard. I would hate to no longer see her in movies. We’ll keep our eyes posted on this to see what happens. Until then, enjoy some Amber Heard nudity.
