RIP Old Peach/Butt Emoji

Change Is Sometimes Just Not Sweet At All!

Apple has launched a preview of ios 10.2 this week with many alleged upgrades, including a redesign and inclusion of new emojis plus some changes to some familiar ones.

While I do appreciate the new avocado emoji and how I can more deftly express my love of guacamole with it, the new peach emoji (shown above on the left) is just not acceptable. You see, the peach has subbed out for a butt in many texts/online conversations out there and the new more photo-realistic peach lacks the butt resemblance. 

Yeah, Apple figured out that the majority of people were not using the old peach emoji to express their love of a good cobbler. Even the new addition of a bacon and a pancakes emoji just is no substitute for the elegance of the old peach emoji. (Hey, I love breakfast - best meal of the day, by far.)

The new peach butt is less of a full booty per se, but I think it will definitely still get the sexting job done, just not with the same verve.

The full system is believed to be launching late this month or next month.
