When imagining where sex machines come from, I envision Frankenstinian lairs with giant Jacob's Ladders buzzing behind rows of imposing glass beakers, staffed by nearly-naked babe-a-licious lab assistants bearing jars of stiff dildos labeled "Abby Normal". But according to photographer Timothy Archibald's new blog, I'm a bit off; while the babes are there in quantity, the situational reality is more like modified Makita drills and spotty cable service.
