Throwback Thursday: Congrats On Surviving XRCO!

You Made It Through XRCO Last Night. Now What?

I have been drunker at this award show than anything else in the porn world that I have ever attended, and the day after the show is always hella painful. I always end up hungover with feet that are just killing me from wearing some cute-in-the-box and stupid-on-my-feet shoes. It is a very, very painful day after the awards show from a hangover standpoint, never mind the whole stink eye you get from porn people who did not win what they think they should have.

Here are some recommended hangover stoppers and my reflections them.

Pedialyte/Powerade/Gatorade.

It feels very nice to stop being a dried-up husk of a human being so try drinking some of these beverages instead of tossing back Jack and Cokes. Hydration is your friend today.

The Hair of the MF'ing Dog.

There is actual science on how a drink the next morning can actually stave off a hangover but this always requires too much forethought for me.

Ibuprofen.

Never a bad idea to have a bottle of this in your house and it is a good idea to put a tablet of it in your face post-XRCO.

Pepto-Bismol.

Are you a barfing drunk? Put a tablet of this in your face and bribe someone with some head to make you a couple of slices of toast.

Coffee.

If you can handle it, drink it. My stomach usually is not up for that after a night of drinking so I recommend the cola-flavored beverage of your choice.
