Why Did the Old Lady With an Inflatable Penis Cross the Street?

There are few things worse in this world then being in a car and waiting for a slow person to walk across the crosswalk, especially if they are taking their time, texting, or generally not paying attention. But every so often, waiting for someone to cross the street can be awesome, like if you saw an old lady with a giant inflatable penis in her bag.  

I doubt this is normally a sight anywhere in the world, but this did happen in the Scottish city of Inverness. A driver by the name of Paul and some of his friends where going about their day when something quite amazing happened: An elderly lady in some kind of costume carrying a 4 ft. inflatable penis in the basket of her walker (or whatever they are called). As one would expect, the lucky few who actually saw it in person couldn’t help but chuckle. And luckily for the rest of us, they had a camera rolling to capture the event because, you know, if they didn’t have a video to prove it, no one would believe them. After posting the video online, someone responded that they knew the woman and she was on her way to her birthday party. I’m not really sure what the theme and/or costume this lady was going for, but I know that when I’m old, I hope I’m friends with people like her.  

Yes, it’s like that old joke, “Why did the lady with the giant inflatable penis in her bag cross the road? To get to her 70th birthday party.” You have to grow old, but you don’t have to stop carrying around inflatable penises.
