Okay, here's the thing: Kourtney Kardashian is getting a butt massage. I really don't know how else to say it - I can't really think of anything cheeky to say, there are no puns coming to mind right now. All I can do is point out the obvious because it's Kourtney Kardashian and someone massaging her butt with some kind of massage stick.

To be honest, I never knew one could get a butt massage. Though the rear end does have muscles and I guess it can get tight from time to time (there might be a pun there) so, I guess it's not out of the ordinary to need it rubbed down every now and then. And hell, if there are tools out there to help you wipe, there might as well be something to help you keep that butt nice and relaxed.
