B. Skow's latest film, A Gonzo Story: The Mansion Family, looks to be one of the craziest ones he's done since joining forces with Girlfriends Films. It's definitely a break from the more serious fare he's been churning out lately, but if nothing else, proves that he's still perhaps the most versatile and talented director in the industry.
The film stars Jodi Taylor, Maddy O'Reilly, Aaliyah Love, and Kassondra Raine, as well as Tony Ribas, Tommy Pistol, Mr. Pete, and Ramon Nomar. Check out the full synopsis below...
Four stories make up the Mansion Family. In the first two stories, we follow Jodi, a rich girl who's returned to her family's mansion for Thanskgiving weekend, with her boyfriend, Bill, to make up for the sins of her past. As she tours the house with Bill, she tells him the story of the hallway where she lost her virginity to her cousin Maddy's boyfriend, Derek, breaking them up in the process and incurring her cousin's wrath ever since. So Jodi decides to make up for what she did to her cousin Maddy by offering her her own boyfriend, Bill, to take the cherry that Derek should have popped.
In the second set of stories, we meet Aaliyah, a simple farm girl who is engaged to a rich young man named Jacob, with whom she dreams of inheriting his family's estate. Jacob has taken Aaliyah to his family home to meet his elderly father Harold Sr and his much-younger stepmother, Dani. Aaliyah is nervous about Dani liking her, which Jacob warns her is more important than winning his father's approval because, since his dad became sick, Dani has taken control of the family fortune and is the decider as to who will get money when he dies and who will get jack shit.
