Here At Last Is That Condom Cookbook You’ve Been Seeking

You gotta love the Japanese, man. You have to. There's no way around it, their culture manages to be simultaneously 100 years ahead and 100 years behind us. It's a wonder to behold their strange inventions, like this condom cookbook for example. "Condom Meals I Want to Make for You," is an e-book designed to demonstrate that condoms "aren't just contraceptive devices."

According to Kotaku (link below), these recipes come to us courtesy of a manga writer...

...the e-book was co-created by Kyosuke Kagami, writer of the manga Sentou Hakai Gakuen Dangerous, and contains condom-based recipes like "Condom Meat Stuffing" and "Condom Escargot Cooked with Butter." 

There are 11 recipes in total, including desserts like "Condom Cookies." The recipes supposedly aren't all that hard. 

The book aims to show the durability of condoms and believes that this could potentially lead to the spread of condoms in cooking.

I'm all for safe sex, and I'm all for healthy Japanese cooking, but I don't want my sushi to taste like a prostate exam. I hope those things are sanitized before she cooks in them or, god forbid, uses them.
