#SexTalkTuesday Heats Up the Twitterverse

Talk is cheap, especially online, but at least it's getting more frequent. That's because the #SexTalkTuesday Twitter-based chat that had been a biweekly event is now weekly. That's more bang for your babble.

We learned about this hot development from Xbiz (link below), which reported that the #SexTalkTuesday hashtag will now be hosting a new guest moderator every Tuesday from 4-5 p.m. EST.

'When we started Sex Talk Tuesday last year, we never dreamed that it would become so popular,' said Angie Rowntree, Sssh.com publisher and producer of #SexTalkTuesday. 'The positive response from speakers and participants alike has been tremendous, and I'm looking forward to what wonderful opportunities this year will bring us. Of course, none of this would be possible without the insight and dedication of Lauren MacEwen … head of our social media team.'

It's social media that is responsible for the lack of social diseases, for virtual sex is safe sex, and that's not lip service.

The interactive chat tackles provocative sex topics without relying on hardcore images. Previous guest moderators include Dr. Chauntelle Tibbals, Jerry Barnett from Sex and Censorship, Nina Hartley, comedian Sara Benincasa, Midori, Erika Lust, comedian and actress Desiree Burch, Joan Price and Chanel Preston. It has also received nods from mainstream outlets like The Daily Dot and AARP.

Ironically, size does matter when you're sexting on Twitter, but in this case you're limited to only 140 characters, so bigger isn't necessarily better.
