As her numerous hairstyles can attest, Rihanna's not one to pick a look and stick with it--and her mercurial fashion sense applies to her nipples, too. She's decorated her breasts with barbells, bare skin, and whatever style of jewelry is in this picture; and now she's embraced her inner punk with a nipple spike.
