Twerk Your Heart Out

We may or may not have been involved in a misguided twerking upside-down against the wall mishap last weekend -- and it made us realize that even wanting to twerk with every fiber of your being does not a twerker make. There's some mad skill that must also come into play. Just look at that Valerie Kay! She makes it look effortless, sure, but we know there's a whole foundation of mental and physical energy beneath it. We'll get there one day, we swear... We've got some studying to do.
