I admire Janine's performance because it is casual and confident. And we also sympathize with the titanic temptation facing Michaels. So he just gives in.

But what does happen is that her husband goes from unwilling (cuckolded) to willing (wittoled), which is something we rarely see in porn: a character arc.

So maybe there's no evil cuckolds here, but at least college students can use this scene for their Irene Ryan auditions.
