Whoa, Have Fashion Magazines Always Been This Brazenly Sapphic?

We're used to seeing nudity sell clothes and jewelry, but we've never opened up a magazine and said, "Ah, yes, Chanel's new scissoring ad. How quaint." That is, until today. We don't know what message Bambi Magazine is trying to convey, but we're ever so happy they speak the language of nipple biting and smeared lipstick.

Maybe this will be the direction that fashion takes in 2012! By the time NY Fashion Week comes around in 2013, models will be going down the runway in pairs, only to stop at the end, make out, and peel each other's clothing off. That's really what fashion is missing these days, you know? We get to see how the fabrics hang and hold to a human body, so we also need to see how they look when dropped to the floor.
