We know that most gyms use the promise of better/more sex as a lure—whether it's as explicit as David Barton's "Look Better Naked" slogan, or more subtle claims about "performance" and "health"—but there's still something a bit startling about seeing an actual, factual pair of boobs in a gym ad.
