From Beauty Queen To Porn Queen: The Kelli McCarty Story

Well, here's something you don't see everyday: former Miss USA and TV actress Kelli McCarty has shot her very first porno for Vivid Entertainment. The movie (titled "Faithless") will be released on February 4.

With all the talk of pornstars crossing out of porn and into the mainstream, it's somewhat of a shock to see a mainstream star (well, one who's not Evan Seinfeld) crossing into porn. How'd the whole thing go down?

"I enjoy acting, and I really like sex," McCarty said. "This was the perfect opportunity to combine two of my passions. I approached Vivid with the idea of shooting a film with a sexy but interesting storyline, and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of control I was given throughout the production process. I am very pleased with the final edit of 'Faithless,' and I just may do another adult film."
