The movie has a handful of gorgeous (albeit obviously artsy) Super 8mm sections, but the majority is supposed to have been filmed in HD. I don't know much about camera or lighting, so I don't know what the issue is, but everything looks gray, fuzzy, and generally crappy. It isn't always an issue, but certain scenes—like Skin and Asphyxia's—were so dark that entire vaginas were lost in shadow.

Still, Kimberly Kane and company did such an amazing job with this movie that I'm willing to forgive some lame visual quality. The performers pushed themselves—and each other—to be as hardcore and nasty as possible and you can tell that they had a damn good time doing it. What more could you ask for?
