We seriously lamented the lack of genuine Claire Forlani nudity in "Camelot," but luckily her use of a body double has now been made completely pointless, since she apparently frequents nude beaches like any good European. So we can just mentally revise all those scenes she had as Queen Igraine.

Maybe Claire objects to getting paid to take her top off. If she does it and doesn't charge anyone, then it's a gift, and that automatically makes it a special experience. Not a job obligation, or any buzzkill like that.
