Dirty Old Man: John Leslie’s Pornhumous “I Must Be in Heaven”

John Leslie, who performed throughout porn's "Golden Age" of the 70's and 80's, became a successful director, and took a bow from this earth a year ago this month, left a final movie which says much about his porny generation.

The high-concept "What the Fuck! Big Tits, Bitches & Ass. I Must Be in Heaven" is a 3-hour cavalcade of the types of outlandish bodies young men of Leslie's generation first associated with unbridled sex.

Sure, the bombshells of Leslie's time didn't have fake boobs and didn't wax their parts, but the likes of Tasha Reign, Sheena Ryder, and Candy Manson are as unmistakeably porny in the way big-busted strippers of the 50's were.

Leslie's movie seems like an older man's return to a simpler time, where complex concepts like small boobs had no place. Maybe because he was raised by people who'd lived through the Depression, cartoonishly huge tits seemed like benippled horns of plenty.

It's not the best movie; the camera irritatingly cuts off the top of women's heads so it can keep their tits at the center of the frame, and people are saying things but we can't hear them clearly, so they might as well not say anything.

Still: with tits like that, we get the idea.

We hope that, wherever the venerable Mr. Leslie is, there's a serious pair of jugs in his face and an unfiltered Camel waiting in the ashtray.
