A Seasonal Melange Of Spitroasted Delights

It's winter here in the Northern Hemisphere, and round New York City parts it gets mighty cold. We're of the ilk that if a winter's day goes by without roasting at least one item, it's a day wasted (well, not entirely). But we've gone through our store of eggplants and seasonal tubers... So what's next? Babes? But spitroasted? Yeah, that'll do just fine.

Our eggplant turned out all crappy anyway. We're sure that spitroasting babes is a pretty foolproof recipe -- if not, well, at least there's a babe involved. And dudes. And blowing and boning! We'd take that in any combination over a limp and feeble aubergine. Perhaps we should fill our days with attempted spitroasting instead. No additional seasoning necessary!
