Farrah Abraham Now Making “Christian-based” Movies

Phases in a career are crucial to an artist's livelihood. Take, for instance, the chameleonic likes of David Bowie or Madonna, who spent years cultivating an image only to burn it to the ground and start all over again two years later. Farrah Abraham's attempting to do the same thing, only rather than starting over every two years, she seems to be doing it every two weeks.

In just a few short months, Farrah's gone from Teen Mom, to sex tape superstar, to author sex book author, to entrepreneur, to sex toy model, to Christian book author, and now Christian movie star. In an interview with US Weekly (link below), Farrah said that she's currently hard at work on films with themes that are more in line with her new values.

Fans of the Teen Mom star don’t have to worry though. She will be hitting the big screen again soon. 

“I will be acting in two movies, and I’m kind of staying closer to roles that are Christian-based,” she revealed.

As for what those "Christian-based" films are, your guess is as good as mine because her only two imdb credits in which she's credited as an actress and not as herself are her two sex tapes (or more accurately her one sex tape that was split into two because that's what everyone does now).

She also talked about whether or not she was going to play the main character in a hypothetical film version of her book, despite her adamant assurances that she and her main character are "way different."

“I’m not going to do a movie with this, so many people are obsessed with that idea, I think I’ve done, myself, enough TV, and me, obviously I would never be in a video or a movie of my book because that would be crazy,” she tells Us. “I mean, I guess I could—didn’t the Wolf On Wall Street guy kind of do it? Even though, it was such a different story and it was kind of absurd when like the plane goes down in the ocean, and I was like what?”

My head hurts just from reading that. Anyway, so who would she like to see play this character? 

“I want to have like other awesome actresses and actors,” she continued. “Jessica Alba…Or like, who knows? Sandra Bullock is like really good, too. When you’re an actress you can play any age.”

I know that whenever I'm thinking about, like, really good actresses, Jessica Alba and Sandra Bullock are the first two that pop into my head. She also put the kibosh on another sex tape, at least until she's married.

“I think the healthiest way for me to continue being Farrah and who I am is to continue writing erotic novels,” she told Us. “Being so sexy, I think that’s for when I get married. And if I ever do another sex tape, I’m probably going to do it with my husband, and you can just celebrate marriage with me.”
