Clover App Seeks To Be The Uber Of Adult Entertainment

Apps keep popping up all over the place these days, and of course for every mindless game or apps that allow people to broadcast their location every-goddamn-where they go, there are ones that are strictly adults only. Take Clover for example. This new app allows users to be paired with "adult entertainers" near them.

According to BostInno (link below), the app was developed by two Boston-area entrepreneurs with the intention of being like the ridesharing app Uber only for "adult entertainers."

"All users are background checked, entertainers get paid a premium and get to keep virtually all of the profits [and] their funds are directly deposited into their account by the next day," continued the founders. "Locations are evaluated to ensure safety and they can report a user with one single tap."

It's important, though, that Clover be differentiated from certain aspects of the industry, like escort services. The Clover brass aren't pimps and they don't sell sexual services. It's completely legal, and simply acts as an on-demand entertainment service, almost like the Drizly of strippers.

There's no word yet on whether or not this app will make its way out of the Boston area in the near future, but hopes are certainly high that they will.
