Need Motivation To Start Working Out? Look At These Beautiful Bodies

Every year I tell myself that this is the year I'm finally going to get into shape. Then by the end of the year I find myself in the same shape I was when the year began. This year I've decided not to have that goal, but after seeing this pictures of Paige Hathaway, Chady Dunmore, Ana Delia De Iturrondo, Katie Chung Hua, Ashley Hoffmann, Jessica Arevalo, and their amazing bodies, I’m ready to hit the floor and do some push-ups.  

Good lord these women are examples of what truly beautiful bodies should look like. Each of them are in such incredible shape that they almost look unbelievable, as if they are marble statues come to life. In case you are curious about these beautiful women, here’s a bit of info on them:

Paige Hathaway is a fitness coach who offers one-on-one on-line coaching and also models in her spare time.

Chady Dunmore is a spokesmodel, fitness model, and a 2-time Pro Bikini world champion. I have no idea what the Pro Bikini world champion competition is, but I am not surprised Dunmore won.

Ana Delia De Iturrondo is not only a fitness model, but she is also a professional make-up artist.

Katie Chung Hua grew up playing ice hockey and now models for the fitness website Bodybuilding.com.

Ashley Hoffmann is fitness pro and the spokesmodel for Neon Sport.

Needless to say, each of these women have worked hard to sculpt their bodies. Whether you are into fit women or not, you have to admire their dedication. Now, I need to get my flabby ass to the gym. It’s kind of cold outside today, maybe I’ll go tomorrow.
