You can use the buckle with or without a padlock in the buckle's hardware, depending on how secure you like your submissive locked in and it is a very comfortable, easy collar to wear.

The collar has three D-rings on it which gives you multiple ways to control the wearer (fabulous).  You could use a leash or some rope or well, your imagination and your partner's safety are really the only limitations.  A collar is really an excellent way to express to someone that you are in control of them and when you present one to someone, well, make it this one.  It is pink and pretty and well-made as fuck so you won't need to replace it any time soon.  I love this collar and I am sure that you will, also.
