They say the key to running is making sure you have the right equipment; a good pair of running shoes, clothes that help you cool and keep moisture away from your body, a rocking playlist with upbeat, up-tempo songs to help you maintain a steady pace, and for the ladies it’s important to have a good sports bra to make sure the boobs don’t bounce too much. Unless you’re Claire Danes, then you can run without a sports bra whenever you want.  

Don’t get me wrong, seeing Claire Danes' pokies as she works up a sweat jogging down the sidewalk is awesome, but I have heard tales of sore boobs due to too much bouncing. There’s just a little concern for her boobs because she happens to have a very cute pair of breasts and god forbid anything bad happen to them. Well, she could not be running that far or at such a high pace to cause her boobs to bounce that much. Perhaps Claire Dane’s boobs are pretty firm and they don’t bounce that much so she doesn’t need a bra. I guess we’ll never know the reason why Claire Danes decided to not wear a sports bra while running, but we can still enjoy the results.
