Giant Fake Vagina, But Blurred Boobies?

Folks, I have to be honest with you about this one, it's more confusing than anything else. I've seen naked people in music videos, I've heard songs about vaginas, but I've never seen someone singing while their head is poking out a vagina. Also, John Leguizamo is there.

So, this is a music video for group or person (I don't know, I'm too confused to look it up) called Residente and the song is called "Somos Anormal" and that's about all I understood. The rest is...well...confusing. And I guess the most trouble I'm having with this music video is twofold: First, there is a giant fake vagina and at no point does Miley Cyrus come out from it. As well all know, Miley Cyrus enjoys hanging out in and around giant fake vaginas. Second, there's a giant fake vagina, but you blur out all the other nudity? What the what? Seriously, that one I don't understand. Also, John Leguizamo is there.

Sorry, I don't have much more about this one. I think you really do have to experience it for yourself. Man, I'm going to be so confused for days now. And I'm going to have to watch this video a few more times in the hopes of maybe, possibly finding some kind of understanding. Also, John Leguizamo is there.
