The Bunny House: Sex Work Advertising

We all know that sex sells, but how do you sell sex? In a lot of cities around the world, it's with cheap flyers that ladies of the night (and more than a few dudes) use to peddle their wares to lonely tourists—but rather than leave them stuffed into a corner of a broken phone booth or trampled underfoot in a dirty gutter, The Bunny House is a new site devoted to preserving these bits of sex culture ephemera. Whether it's for massages, fantasies, bodywork, or just a couple of hours in an air conditioned room, the lengths some sex workers go (or won't go to) to win new clients is sometimes amusing and always fascinating. Most of the flyers so far are from Argentina, but they're helpfully translated and cataloged and hopefully a little exposure will get more folks from around the world to submit their favorites. Oh, and one tip: If the girl in the picture bears a striking resemblance to Scarlett Johansson, that's because it is Scarlett Johansson and not the girl you'll you actually be meeting. Sorry if we spoiled the surprise.
