We have it on completely specious authority that Apple is currently developing a surgically installed subdermal version of its iconic music playing hardware, which will come with the option of having micro subwoofers implanted in various parts of the body; instead of the familiar scroll wheel, users will simply have to rub their bellies in order to skip to that "Since You've Been Gone" megamix during peak moments of their elliptical machine workouts.
