DVD: “Britney Rears 3: Britney Gets Shafted”

Like certain cheesy 80s horror film franchises, Hustler's "Britney Rears" series is one that refuses to die, despite that pretty much everyone here at Fleshbot found the idea of the first two installments a lot more fun and sexy than the finished products. But the fact that porn It Girl Hillary Scott has replaced Jessica Sweet in the title role is a promising sign; even if her physical vibe is rather more Xtina than Brit-Brit, Scott is pretty much incapable of turning in a dull performance, and the 70s-inspired plot will at least present a whole new world of wacky wardrobe possibilities: "Unlike the behind-the-scenes storyline of its predecessors, the new title tells the story of Britney who purchases a time machine through E-bay and gets sent back in time with her sidekick, played by (Jasmin) Byrne. The two then land in 1974 Los Angeles where Britney appears on a music television program and becomes confused with its blond host, leading to lots of shenanigans and hard fucking." Sounds almost like a 70s porn version of "Austin Powers" to us. We'll just have to see whether Hustler decides to let Britney Rears end her career as a trilogy too.
