While festivities in New Orleans have been getting all the attention as of late, there's been hardly any mention of next-state-neighbor Galveston, Texas, which has also seen its share of natural disasters ... and which also hosts a rowdy Mardi Gras celebration where it's customary for hot chicks to flash their boobs in exchange for strands of plastic beads. The yuckily-named website Bumpy Bits has Galveston Mardi Gras flasher pics arranged by year from 1999 to 2005 (see links on the left of the page), with documentation of 2006 hopefully on its way soon.
