"Oh, c'mon guys, Help is the sleaziest place you can find in Rio! No local would ever go there—it's only good to get as much easy money as it's able to from tourists. If you are in search of hookers, there are far better places ... but the fun of Rio, especially during Carnaval, is that there's no need to actually pay for sex."
