Not being one who's up on the latest trends in exercising, I can't tell you what it takes to get that dream body you've always wanted. But if you're looking for something new to try then give Danica McKellar's jumping squat workout a chance. Yes, if I wasn't so tired from walking to get a snack, I'd probably jump for joy at the sight of Danica McKellar in workout clothes, jumping around.
