Porn director Ivan told AVN that Montana was diagnosed with the stroke following what sounds like a completely scary experience of driving herself to the nearest hospital almost two hours away after she woke up to find she was unable to formulate words and half her face and arm had gone numb. The stroke was due, doctors determined, to complications from blood clots and an undiagnosed heart condition.
