However, like many people you could say I became a performer because of the Covid 19 pandemic. During the early days of lockdowns, I had a lot of time to reflect on what I wanted to do with my life, and it became clear that the world is very unstable in the 21st century, not that it wasn’t previously, but especially so now. At any moment, we could be thrust into a new pandemic, or financial crisis, or environmental disaster, or social upheaval. I have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Economics, and after I graduated college I spent my early career working in finance, trading carbon credits and feeling pretty hopeless about the state of things. It was a world dominated by men who cared mostly about the bottom line, and it really didn’t feel like I was making a positive impact through my work. As the pandemic dragged on, I realized it was really important to me that I have the opportunity to travel, explore my sexuality, and live a life of adventure before some new catastrophe comes along and shuts down the world again. My now-husband and I had already been polyamorous from early on in our relationship, and he was super supportive of the idea of me starting an OnlyFans. When I started making and selling
content, it felt really affirming of my sexuality and body and who I was as a person. Soon I knew I wanted to do more and get a wider audience, so in the fall of 2021, I decided to quit my day job and start taking mainstream bookings and grow my career via that channel."
