Emma Stone was born on November 6, 1988, in Scottsdale, AZ, as Emily Jean Stone. She was instructed to change her name to Emma because the actor’s guild already had an Emma Stone registered. She was torn between Riley or Emma as her new name but went with Emma Stone because it was the closest thing to her real name. It’s a perfect choice that suits her, we think! This creative and persistent little starlet created a PowerPoint presentation titled “Project Hollywood,” which was silly in nature but must have been persuasive enough to convince her parents to let her move to California to become an actress because they agreed and graced the world with their daughter’s talent and beauty! Her looks are as versatile as her acting skills. Most of the years we’ve seen Emma Stone in the limelight, she’s been a redhead; this was due to a suggestion from Judd Apatow during her 2007 role in Superbad that the natural blonde makes another change in addition to her name, and that was to go red with her hair. It stuck for quite a long time, though a recent episode of Saturday Night Live featured the beautiful Emma back as a blonde, and no one was complaining.

Many might remember her in her breakthrough roles in Zombieland in 2009, where she fought for her and her sister’s life against Zombies and helped Woody Harrelson in his pursuit of just one more bite of a sweet and delicious Twinkie snack. Or Maybe Easy A back in 2010, where she portrays a troubled teen who decides to create a bunch of lies as the foundation of her new reputation to stop the other students from mocking her. Or a role we’ll never forget alongside heartthrob Ryan Gosling as Hannah in Crazy Stupid Love in 2011.

Or perhaps you fell in love with this fiery redhead because you are a huge Spider-Man fan! The beautiful Emma Stone was cast to play Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spiderman in 2012, and this is one of her biggest hits! Maybe it was La La Land, where the actress played a character named Mia in 2016? Whichever movie was the one you can accredit for introducing you to the brilliant actress, we bet you didn’t know about her secret early Disney Channel role where she was cast to do voiceover work.
