"I think a common misconception is that liking trans women makes you gay, or that only gay men like trans women. While I wish people weren't so concerned over black and white labels like that, all I can say is that in my experience, the vast majority of men who are attracted to us identify as straight. We're women, or if you can't accept that (shame on you), close enough that gay men generally don't have much interest in us. If I want to feel completely invisible and undesired, I'll go to hang out at a gay club. I also get the distinct impression from my own experience that a lot more men find us attractive than are willing to admit. They all jerk off to us; they just don't want their friends to find out, but it's okay. Your friends jerk off to us too. ^_^"
