We Salute You, Wet T-Shirts!

Wet T-Shirts Are Pure Magic

Ah, the wet t-shirt. Whether it's part of a contest or completely by mistake, be it a full t-shirt or a tank top, whether it is played for laughs or done in the most sensual way possible there are few things more magical to witness than a hottie in a white soaking wet t-shirt. Heck, it doesn't even have to be white. As long as the shirt in thin enough that we can see the breasts underneath, that's all that really matters.

Right now your mind is racing to remember what movie or television featured your favorite wet t-shirt moment. Odds are there is more than one. One that always come to my mind right off the bat is Eight Days a Week (1999) with Keri Russell. Her running through the sprinkler is one of the best wet t-shirt moments ever captured on film. Of course, that's just my opinion. There are so many others. Jacqueline Bisset in The Deep (1977), Cindy Crawford in Fair Game (1995), Kate Hudson in The Skeleton Key (2005), and who could forget Alice Eve in Sex and the City 2 (2010) (I know, that one always catches me a little off guard). The wet t-shirt is simply one of those long lasting, always useful, great movie movements that will never, ever go away.

The next time you are celebrating, be it with a drink in your hand or you're about to jump into a pool, take a moment to say a little something for that wonderful thing we call the wet t-shirt. We salute you, wet t-shirts!
