1) What kind of girl were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?

Although I had a distinctive goth style and rebellious nature, I was extremely popular with my classmates. I guess you could say I was queen of the goths. I had my little punky entourage, but got along well with kids from all social circles. I was even elected to homecoming and prom court my senior year of high school.

Teachers either loved me or hated me. I had excellent grades, but I constantly flaunted the school rules and dress code.

My favorite boys to date were (and still are) quiet nerdy types. I find intelligence to be a massive turn-on. And you know how they say: “watch out for the quiet ones . . . “ My favorite girls to date were rowdy, androgynous punk girls.

2) Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

Strangely enough, I wasn’t much of a porn fan before I became an actress myself. This is because most of what I find erotic isn’t strictly considered porn. I’m much more of a fetishist. I can get off to a video of a man crying just as easily as a video of hardcore sex.

That said, I did really like Fashionistas. Someone showed it to me when I was 18, and I couldn’t get it out of my head. The latex, the vibrant colors, the rough sex, and the beauty of the women intoxicated me.

3) How did you come up with your nom de porn?

There aren’t any other Larkin’s in the industry. Love is the obvious alliterative choice for a last name. And - this is important - I made sure to check that “LarkinLove.com” was free, too, before I started shooting. It never hurts to think ahead! I didn’t know back then if I’d ever have a membership site, but now I do.

4) What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?

I’m currently writing the script for a Power Girl superheroine feature. I’ve never directed a feature length adult film, and the challenge of such an ambitious project excites me. I’d be playing Power Girl, of course, too. She’s one of my favorite characters to portray. She’s a take-charge babe with a self-possessed sexuality, high intelligence, and a heroic heart. 15) What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?
