What has the Israeli government's underwear in a knot? Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli, who is too steamy for prime time in fashion brand Hoodies latest TV commercial.

The commercial debuted last Sunday, featuring the blonde beauty and a Muppet creature cavorting in bed. The puppet wonders how anything could be better than this, at which point Bar Refaeli mutates into three identical hotties. This group takes provocative photo booth pictures, gets wet in a hot tub and plays strip poker.

The Hollywood Reporter wrote (link below) that an "Governmental council The Second Authority for Television and Radio reviewed the 54-second spot and concluded it has 'too many sexual insinuations,' banning it from airing before 10 p.m."
