Small But Mighty: Fun Factory’s Pearly Vibe

When first beholding the Pearly, I was all side-eyeing and being like, "This li'l thing? Please". But... then I was all, "This little thing? Please!"

Now, perhaps it's because I've been around the block with sex toys and such, but I didn't have the highest of hopes for this diminutive dildo. But I charged the pint-sized Pearly up (with the standard-across-all-Fun-Factory-toys magnetic hub) and upon revving her engine, was really impressed with the sheer strength of vibrations that emanated forth. The straight-up vibrations tick up in intensity with the + button, from 1 being a low rumble to 4 being a sonic whirr. I love this! The highest speed was definitely more than enough.

However, the toy is on the small side -- the insertable portion of the shaft is just about 4 inches long, and, to be honest, there ain't no G-spot stimulation happening for me with that. Interestingly enough, though, I was enamored with the nub made for clit-lovin', and found that inserting the base made for a great anchor of sorts, which allowed for really solid rotating and back-and-forth sweeping of the nub all over my clit. This made for a brilliant sensation.

And there are six different pattern modes -- these I normally skip, but coupled with the mega intensity of the vibing, some of them were actually super pleasant. I particularly enjoyed one that featured a building ascent, plateau, and immediate fall-off, as well as a super-quick pulsing. With the power of this toy the modes were actually entertaining to explore!

Overall I think the Pearly would make a fabulous introductory dildo-style vibe for someone, or a perfect, unintimidating new friend for those more sensitive souls that have a bit more trepidation towards whopping-huge toys. The Pearly would also make a great travel companion. I'm looking forward to spending more time together, home and abroad.
