The Awesome Blossom, a glass dildo from Doc Johnson, is so, so pretty. It's like a fancy bong you owned in high school—you're impressed enough by the blown glass to display it, but you're afraid mom will see.

Apart from its aesthetic appeal, this is also a great toy. The dense green spirals around the curved shaft and the bulbous head make the sensation of sticking it in your pussy pretty close to mindblowing. Adding in heat or cold by putting the dildo in appropriately temperate water just increases how fantastic it feels. (I'm partial to the cold, myself.) For a toy that doesn't vibrate or spin, but merely sits there looking pretty, I find even my admittedly very high standards impressed.

My only complaint is that this toy is difficult to clean. The narrow green spirals that feel great are not so great when you're scraping…stuff out from between them. Of course, once you figure out how to easily clean the ribbing (use a spare toothbrush or something), it wouldn't really detract from the toy's worth. Plus, it's not as if function is an issue, and you'll never have to worry about the batteries dying.
