Virginia makes headlines both for its video voyeurism law and a proposed legislation banning visible thongs in public places the same week we stumble across Peeping Thong, a site featuring hidden camera and phonecam photos of ... yes, visible thongs and panties. Coincidence? We think not. (OK, so the site features photos from the University of Victoria in Canada, not the Old Dominion State. But still, both Victoria and Virginia start with the letter V. And you know those sneaky Canadians—they're behind everything.)
