If I was a betting man I'd say that Lucy Hale is wearing a matching bra and panty set, yet she is clearing saying something about getting some sun so that would lead me to believe that she's wearing a bikini. While I guess Lucy Hale could totally wear bra and panties to get some sun, the only thing that really matters is she's incredibly sexy in whatever she is wearing.

I'll be the first to admit I'm not one who keeps up with the latest trends in bikinis so, Lucy Hale could very well be wearing the latest and greatest bikini style. All I'm saying is it looks like a bra and panties. Either way, I think Lucy Hale should go out and enjoy a day at the beach. I mean, who's going to ask Lucy Hale if she's wearing her undies at the beach? No one, that's who. If Lucy Hale wants to go the beach in nothing more than a bra and some white panties, nobody is going to stop her. That's what you get to do when you are as hot as Lucy Hale is, she gets permission to wear what you want, wherever you want.

We should take Lucy Hale's word above all others. After all, she is the one who bought this bikini that looks like it should be underwear. Whatever it is, she's as hell sexy on her.
