Throwback Thursday: You’ve Gotta Watch “My Nights With Susan, Sandra, Olga, and Julie”, A 1975 Dutch Sexploitation Film on PinkLabel.TV

Also, My Night With Weird Movie Boyfriend-- less exciting, but no one died!

So, I saw that PinkLabel.TV was doing a live virtual screening of the 1975 Dutch Sex Wave film My Nights With Susan, Sandra, Olga and Julie as the first of a series of virtual screenings. I have really enjoyed writing about the diverse array of indie porn found on their treasure trove of a site so I wanted to give this a try and of course write about my experience. I didn’t really know what to expect. I don’t really watch commentary tracks on DVDs because I am not a film nerd. I thought this was going to be super serious and somewhat stuffy, to be honest. I don’t even know why. Reader, I am glad to tell you it most definitely was not. It was Mystery Porno Theater and it was super fun.

The movie itself begins when two girls who we later learn are Sandra and Olga, getting in the car with an American rando who fucks one of them and then they kill him and dump the body. They ditch the car and their weird neighbor lady Piet (who wears one red sock that is not a symbol!) finds it because they didn’t exactly hide it. These girls live in the weirdest farmhouse you’ve ever seen with a lady named Susan who owns it, another roommate Julie, and a dude who lives in the walls called Albert. To add to that, a hottie named Anton shows up on his motorcycle. It’s like the weirdest reality show ever. When Anton’s being shown around and introduced, Julie’s passed out. Susan merely says “This is Julie. She needs a lot of sleep.” I identified with this character immediately, but I would not be getting any sleep with the creepy-ass clown doll she has in her bed for no apparent reason. I much prefer my plush gorilla called Bananas from my long distance Daddy dom. Albert has a hole in the wall that looks in on Olga and Sandra’s room in which they have a random hobby horse that they ride naked. Albert’s room is lit by a single red bulb, and again, really doesn’t seem like a room, but a weird space between walls. There’s tons of hooking up-- straight, lesbian, threesomes, you name it, including a literal roll in the hay. Also, everyone loses their shit and there’s a ton of violence.

We end with Piet smoking a cigar, sitting between the two dead bodies (American rando and Albert) and watching the shed containing the screaming Sandra and Olga burn, cos she set it on fire. What a fucking trip. You’re going to have to watch it all to see how this situation devolved. I had invited Weird Movie Boyfriend to join me for the screening and a puff-puff and he is one of those folks where you get a little weed in him, no matter what kind, he’s very bouncy and talkative and everything is super exciting. He consequently thought this was the best.thing.evar. and we both enjoyed all the sheer WTFness of this movie and all the naked stuff and the funny commentary was just a bonus. Overall, I found the screening to be so much fun, and I’d love to attend some more of these.
