Herbed Egg Cheese and Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.
Here's a breakfast sandwich
it's my very own and always a hit
Ingredients:
- Bread of choice (toast)
- 2 Eggs
- Bacon
- Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
- Heavy Cream
- Thyme
- Basil
- Marjoram
- Salt & Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Hot Sauce
Directions:
Cook bacon and set aside.
Beat eggs in a bowl, adding a dash of cream and 1tbs. of water, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Mix in 1/4 cup of cheese and spices and whip until light and fluffy.
Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Assemble sandwich, topping with more cheese and bacon. Add mayo and a drizzle of hot sauce.
