I had never heard of sociologist Kelsy Burke, Ph.D., before reading about her new book, The Pornography Wars: The Past, Present, and Future of America’s Obscene Obsession.” Although I have not had the opportunity to read it myself, she has a unique take on the history of porn and the existence of porn addiction that sounds interesting if not always convincing.
