Cam Company Wants to Make the 2024 Paris Games Super Slippery

NAUGHTY NEWS

When in France, an Athlete’s Summer Games Fancy Turns to Thoughts of Lust

Paris, the city of love, lights, passion, and fashion will host the 2024 Summer Games from July 26 – August 11. The 2020 Tokyo Games, which took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, dealt with rumors that it would provide cardboard “anti-sex” beds in its Athlete's Village. To limit transmission of the virus, officials strongly encouraged Athletes to take home the traditionally provided condoms as souvenirs instead of using them for their intended purpose.

The Parisian Villages will not suffer the same fate. In fact, 300,000 condoms will be available for the 14,000 residents, athletes, members of the press, and guests to select from and, hopefully, use. If CamSoda has its way, there will also be 1,000 bottles of the company’s Gold Medal lube available.

Located just north of the city center in Saint-Denis, the locale is one to inspire desire and Laurent Michaud, director of the Village, knows it. According to the Daily Star, Michaud recently assured those who will be under his care that he wants them to “feel very enthusiastic and comfortable.”

After a straight line like that, how could adult entertainment site CamSoda resist extending an offer to help keep those 14,000 people free from chafing and discomfort with a donation of 1,000 bottles of its gold-flake lubricant. The lube would be available in 16.5 oz bottles.

Waking up to the news that the intimacy ban was lifted feels very much like a great day of liberation for everyone at the CamSoda family. We know that this will build up lots of excitement amongst the athletes. - Daryn Parker, VP of CamSoda, told the Daily Star

Whether the slippery offer will be accepted is still unknown, but if Michaud is serious when he told Sky News that the number of condoms was chosen because “It’s a quantity that makes sure that everybody will have what they’re expecting and what they need.”

You can’t have 300,000 condoms without some lube and considering what a competitive collection of young people eager to burn off some energy will be in the Village, that is likely to take a lot of lube.

“While not every athlete will come in first place,” Parker opined, “our lubricant will allow them to take home the gold, either way.”

This is not the first time that CamSoda has donated lube for a good cause. During the 2023 Super Bowl, the company contributed 1,540 gallons of Cheez Whiz-infused lubricant to Philadelphia, PA. The city has had problems with sport fans climbing poles when their teams are victorious and by slathering the poles with cheesy lube, that would be much more difficult. Alas for the experiment, the Eagles lost, 38-35, and no lube had been sent to Kansas City in anticipation of a Chiefs’ triumph.
