The 42nd annual AVN Awards unfolded in grand style on Saturday night at The Theater inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Co-hosted by adult film stars Blake Blossom and Alex Knight, along with comedian Steph Tolev, the event honored the year’s top performers, productions, and innovators in adult entertainment.

The prestigious Grand Reel award was claimed by Gold Diggers from Digital Playground/Pulse, solidifying its place as a standout production of the year. The evening also saw notable wins for American MILF (MILFY), which earned the Mark Stone Award for Outstanding Comedy, and Project X (Digital Playground) for Best Art Direction.

Anna Claire Clouds was among the night’s biggest winners, taking home the coveted Female Performer of the Year title, alongside multiple accolades, including Best Anal Sex Scene and Best Solo/Tease Performance for her standout work in Anna Claire Clouds: Dark Side (Jules Jordan Video). Vince Karter claimed Male Performer of the Year, while Brittney Kade was honored as Trans Performer of the Year.
