Industry attorney Corey Silverstein broke the news that their client Clips4Sale won their dispute against what they considered cybersquatters. They filed a dispute against the owners of a domain that they considered was registered in bad faith.
Clips4Sale recently prevailed in a decision regarding the bad faith registration and potential use of the ‘confusingly similar’ domain Clips4Crypto.com. The WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) arbitration and mediation center concluded that Clips4Crypto was registered in bad faith and, thus, ordered it to be transferred (via GoDaddy) to Clips4Sale. – Adult.Law
Last August Clips4Sale was acquired by the same company that owns FanCentro.
“Clips4Sale has been a force in the industry for the past 18 years,” said Stan D’aman of Centro. “The sense of community they have built with their creators and customers is incredible. We are indeed very excited to have them as a part of the Centro family and intend to continue Neil’s legacy of providing exceptional customer service for C4S studios.”
