(Los Angeles, CA / November 18, 2022) — Conor Coxxx, the versatile actor, performer, producer, musician and owner of esteemed talent agency Coxxx Models, has scored a 2023 AVN Award nomination for Mainstream Venture of the Year in acknowledgment of his band The Holdings’ debut EP, Father & Son.
As David Holding Jr., the former singer/guitarist of The Last Relapse was ecstatic to join musical forces with his father, David Haynes Holding Sr., a respected guitarist/bassist from the halcyon days of the late ‘70s early ‘80s Athens, GA music scene, to craft the hippie/trippy swirling five-song EP that dropped in July.
“I really appreciate and want to thank AVN for nominating The Holdings’ Father & Son EP in the award category of Mainstream Venture of the Year, and my dad for presenting the opportunity to collaborate with him on these songs that took on a life of their own throughout the creative process. And thank you to everyone who has been there for me on my journey to where I am today. I’m so grateful for your support.”
